About Protection One: Protection One is among the largest monitored security services in the US, providing security for homes, businesses and large companies.
Project: In 1999, Protection One approached internet agency, Full Moon Interactive to upgrade their brand, website and online business strategy.
Solution: Rebranded the company and developed tagline - "Because Your World is Worth Protecting". Developed content strategy focused on user experience with online customer sign up and account management.
Outcome: Laid the foundation for the company to fully shift its customer and account management online.
My role: As Senior Content Specialist I developed strategy, architecture and user experience; wrote tagline and branding; developed content.
