About Spice: Since the summer of 2005, this quality quarterly print magazine has been introducing West Australian foodies to local produce, gourmet recipes, niche products and the charismatic characters behind them.
Commissions: As a freelancer, I've covered several features for Spice ranging from lamb breeders to cheese connoisseurs to smallgoods manufacturers. For their second issue, I wrote the cover feature article about olive guru, Professor Stan Kailis.
