About Oral-B: Part of the Procter & Gamble company, Oral-B is a worldwide leader in dental hygiene products.
Project: In the late nineties, for LA-based internet start-up Full Moon Interactive, Oral-B was the agency's biggest client, requiring content areas for product promotion, health information and professional ordering.
Solution: Developed segmented website based on audience needs:
- consumers
- health professionals
- teachers
Maintained and continually upgraded site including developing a website builder for dental professionals to create their own websites.
Outcome: Original content strategy still evident today and replicated throughout Oral-B's international/multilingual sites.
My role: As Senior Content Specialist, I was lead architect and content strategist; wrote and commissioned features, promotional copy, product copy, games, lesson plans, click-here and SEO content; developed navigation and structure; main point of client contact.
